Im going to re-do the way the Chairman is chosen as i have been looking over it and its not very socialist, so i was thinking about having some kind of list and people can put there names down and its like a rotation sort of thing, like how the president of the EU is chosen, each nation gets a turn. Anyone like to add anything to this, or have any questions?

I don't know if I've understood what you mean. Each Representative of the Party in every Province introduces a candidate in a list and then everybody votes. I could happen that each delegation vote to its candidate and so there won't be a winner ever. I'm afraid I didn't understood your system... Help me please

lol ok, well i meant that every citizen can put there name down on the list and then every term, terms are 6 months, the Chairman is the person at the top of the list, and once they are chairman there name is taken off, though they can put it back on but it goes to the bottom. eg:
Bob <they will be the next chairman Bill Jane James
After Bobs term ends:
Bill < they become Chairman Jane James Tim < Tim adds his name to the list Bob < Bob wanted to put his name back on the list
Of course this system only works as we dont have many citizens but if we ever did have lots of citizens then a new way would have to be devised.

Ok... It's very clear know... I agree with you. It's a good system if we are few... If this grows, we could change and choose a better way. But for the moment, I think is fine.
